We're very sorry (and disappointed) that your order did not work out. However, we stand 100% behind our product. Please contact us and let us know what happened. To continuously get better and improve, we'd appreciate hearing from you. Tell us what went wrong or what we can do to better in the future.

  • If you simply didn't like the product, return it to us within 30 days for a refund (no restocking fee).
  • If the product was defective, contact us for a no cost replacement (don't return the defective product unless we request it and send a return label)
  • We'll work with you to correct the error and resolve the situation to your satisfaction
